Julie's Banner...

Rofl... I only make non-animated banners/avis, not the animated ones like reinier's. Somehow it's in bad quality, though. idk how the squares/boxes appeared in the banners... I used GIMP 2.6 and Photoscape, since idk how to use photoshop since I only got it recently. i have made avis for other sites but this one didnt turn out so well :(
i put scanlines and other things in the banners.
