Alright, the current polls we have will expire at the end of March and then new ones will come in April.
Staff which are on a break are not included since their actions would have been very minimal or none for that month.
Interns will also be included in next months approval threads, not this month.

Basically, just vote for our staff and tell us if they're doing a good job, or if they're doing a not so good job. Another thing we all ask of the voters is that you please add a comment to the thread, whether yes or no, telling us what we can improve on. We're not perfect, and a lot of us make mistakes all the time. If you don't tell us what we're doing wrong, there's no way we can avoid doing it again in the future, which doesn't help anyone and only hurts everyone. Most of us are pretty nice folks and won't hold a grudge as long as your criticism is constructive. If you vote no and don't post why, your vote will not be taken seriously and will not count towards future approval ratings.


If you are new to the server or don't really know how well a specific staff member does their job, please don't bother posting or voting. It's annoying to scroll through the posts of "im new har n i dunno -insert person- well enuff 2 vote 4 dem hurdur" and also the votes of those people throw off the actual rating. So only post if it's a significant contribution.
